Јапанска трешња

01 May

We were packing to go to the center of our village when mother told me she saw there a big beautiful tree. So I took the camera with me. I am pretty sure this is cherry blossom. We stood under the tree for some time to admire its beauty.
In Japan, cherry blossoms symbolize clouds, besides being an enduring metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life.

I was able to sing "Sakura" with the choir I was in in college- in Japan. It was a very neat experience.

I like Japanese sakura and plum very much. In my opinion sakura and plum blossoms are most wonderful, romantic and magical…

I think it would be so nice, sitting under it while it's in its full bloom 🙂
