Magical wood

In its depth hides the treasure. This is sremuš(Allium ursinum)or in English ramsons or wild garlic. Ramsons leaves are edible, they can be used as salad, spice, boiled as a vegetable, in soup, or as an ingredient for pesto. It's very tasty and healthy, it lowers blood pressure. I brought some with me to Tm.

    I knew about sremuš but never ate it. And I don;t think it grows in Canada :left:

    @Darko- on wikipedia it says that ramsons are native to Europe and Asia.@Jill- thank you :happy: I eat it like a salad 🙂

    Pretty 🙂 You know, I've stopped visiting woods this year, there's such a long grass on a road to the wood and last time I've headed there I've saw one big snake and ran away screaming :chicken:
