We brought this plant from Serbia (I think it's species Alocasia) and during the travel, the leaves got damaged.
We put it in a new flower pot and I think it likes the new home because it has one new young leaf growing.
Hopefully soon there will be more.
ps. after 2 more weeks we have a new leaf

How nice! Post the progress… will you?! My mother just told me (she turned 88 yesterday!) that she and my stepdad are enjoying the amaryllis we gave them at Christmastime!… plants are so much fun, unfortunately, I think I am killing my herbs and jasmine neglect in the basement- I keep them until spring to return them out-of-doors.

This plant is called Adam. 🙂 So, there is also Eva, but it has smaller leaves. 🙂

today i've International Relationsthe last three exams went ok, this is the last theory exam.me too sometimes wake up atmidnight and i dont sleep then.

Mirabela, indeed there are a lot of species. There is also Eva, but it has smaller leaves and it is more gentle. You are right, this plant needs a lot of natural light and not much watering, just about twice a week. 🙂
