A long time has passed since I posted some recipes on my blog, and I began to miss it. So here it is 🙂 This is the version of the traditional Serbian cookies called orasnice, but these ones are a bit different as they contain Plazma biscuits.
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 200 g ground walnuts
- 150 g ground Plazma biscuits
- half walnuts to decorate
Procedure: Whisk egg whites and then add sugar and stir about 5 minutes. Add walnuts and biscuits and stir them with a spoon. Wet your hands to form balls, it will be easier this way.
On the top of each ball gently squeeze half of a walnut. Bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes.

I would love these, but have to adjust the recipe a little for dietary restrictions. Merry Christmas, Mira! I imagine you are doing some baking these days.
